I‘m a lucky guy. Every morning starts with exercise that energises me for the day ahead, setting the tone for a day dedicated to nurturing both my ambitions and those of my team. When the office lights go out, I dive into hobbies that keep me inspired and grounded. It’s a privilege to do work that excites me and leaves me eager for whatever tomorrow brings.
Executive Director
Golf keeps me grounded, padel keeps me moving, and my Italian roots have left me addicted to espresso, grappa, good wine, and great food. I lead a team of sharp, driven rockstars who consistently push the business forward, making every day rewarding and something I genuinely look forward to.

I’m passionate about understanding what drives businesses. Although I can get carried away in Excel, I always aim to balance screen time with an active lifestyle. On weekends, you’ll find me running, cycling, or playing cricket and hockey. I love diving into complex challenges and finding smart, practical solutions in credit.
COO (Chief Operations Officer)
I oversee business operations with a focus on improving processes and systems. I thrive in fast-paced environments that challenge me to grow and expand my knowledge of finance. I’m a family man and sports lover who enjoys the outdoors, running, touch rugby, and time in the bush.
CTIO (Chief Technology Innovation Officer)
I lead innovation at Redtree, drawing from a career that spans mining, banking, tech, and entrepreneurship. I hold an MBA and CFA, and I’m passionate about using technology to simplify complexity. Outside of work, you’ll find me listening to Peter Gabriel, watching forensic dramas, or enjoying synchronised dance videos and life’s little absurdities.
Head of Finance
Life and finance are about finding balance. I spend my days crunching numbers and weekends running marathons or travelling with friends and family. Good food, fine wine, and well-organised spreadsheets keep me happy. I believe in precision and passion in everything I do, both in work and life.
Credit Analyst
I break down credit during the day and defenders on the hockey pitch by night. I enjoy making good deals, working with great teams, and keeping work serious enough to deliver but fun enough to enjoy. Finding that balance makes every day worthwhile for me.
Credit Analyst
I manage credit risk and love playing padel or hitting the gym after hours. Somehow, I also star in the office’s dating comedy reel. I like mixing hard work with humour and pace, keeping things moving while making sure we don’t take ourselves too seriously.
Project Manager
I’m a results-driven team player who loves planning and organising. I focus on delivering projects that run smoothly, on time, and on budget. Turning ideas into reality drives me, and I believe the process should be as enjoyable as the outcome.
Partner Support
I am a proud mother of two lively, little boys and have learned to juggle chaos and calm. At Redtree, I support our partners with care and consistency. When I find a quiet moment, I enjoy getting lost in a thriller and savouring the rare silence.
Business Analyst
I live between the cloud and the command line, solving problems and automating wherever I can. Coffee starts my mornings, football fills my weekends, and ChatGPT probably knows more about me than it should. I’m always looking for smarter ways to work and live.
Debtors
I’m bubbly, organised and a little obsessed with neatness. Colour-coded labels are my love language. I run on family, friends and occasional solo dance parties. Keeping things in order is my therapy and helps me bring calm to the busy world around me.
Head of Collections
I love solving complex problems and bringing order to chaos. Off the clock, I’m usually being bossed around by my Jack Russells, sharing a glass of wine with my husband, or getting way too competitive over board games with friends.
